Job description 

Main role of the maintenance manager

The Maintenance Manager optimizes the maintenance of the means of production. The maintenance manager intervenes to avoid production stoppages, prevents and deals with breakdowns.

Activities of the maintenance manager

• Organize maintenance resources

• Manages maintenance activities

• Participate in continuous improvement activities

Skills of the maintenance manager

• Manages the equipment fleet and spare parts

• Plans the skills available to deal with operating hazards

• Manages the department's budget and forecasts investments

• Sets priorities and develops the maintenance schedule

• Supervises the intervention teams and directs the maintenance and repair work

• Identifies technical solutions for improving equipment and facilities

• Participates in quality actions and the design of new installations

• Ensures regulatory monitoring of international financial standards, tax and legal regulations

As Director of Operations, you play an important role in:
