Job description 

Primary activity

Welcoming visitors, making appointments, writing letters, filing files, entering documents or budgets.

Management and organization of diary, preparation of work meetings, trips or exhibitions.

Main missions

Performs administrative processing of files (letter typing, document formatting, etc.) and transmits information (e-mail, notes, faxes, etc.) on behalf of one or more departments or a manager depending on the business organization.

    Can take charge of the complete follow-up of files (maintenance contract for equipment, structure, etc.)
