Job description 

Technician of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), dematerialization and digitization-oriented B to B, you are attached to the Deliverable pole of the IT Department.

You are involved in the preparation and deployment phase of SaaS FinTech. A true orchestrator between the various players, you are responsible for the proper communication of exchanges and the securing of processes between the clients' IS and the FinTech modules of the workstations delivered in SaaS mode.

As part of the control and support of EDI interactions, your activities are:

• study of your client's business and functional needs and analysis of data flows

• creation of technical configurations and interfaces (mapping and integration of data)

• the configuration of EDI flows in the client application and the management of technical tests

• checking the structure of the messages, their compliance with GS1 standards and the technical and functional specifications of the principals

• participation in the resolution of technical incidents for the Support Service (overflow / L2)

You work on a wide range of EDI solutions (web EDI, invoice portal, supply chain messages, etc.). You evolve in an operational daily life punctuated by a great diversity of contacts (ordering parties, suppliers, publishers) and projects to be managed simultaneously requiring rigorous planning, prioritization of requests and follow-up of files (integration process, problem handling) in the ticketing tool.

 

Your profile:

Holder of the High School Diploma, the equivalent of the baccalaureate in France or of a higher education such as US Associate Degree, BTS SIO or DUT in the French system (not necessarily IT), you are a beginner without experience or have experience of at least 3 years as an IT technician on software solutions or digital tools (configuration, configuration, installation, training).

Beyond your technical knowledge (PHP, MySQL, Linux, ETL), you want to develop your customer relationship and/or establish your organizational and leadership skills to gain responsibility. 

·       Your IT experience in the retail or logistics field will be welcome.

The mastery of English for the non-US is a real asset for the exchanges.
